Chris Alphen an associate with Blatman, Bobrowski, Haverty & Silverstein, LLC. Attorney Alphen began practicing with the partners of BBH&S after several years working for boutique real estate firms in the Greater Boston Area. As a member of the firm, Attorney Alphen focuses his practice on the firms’ full scale of real estate services. Attorney Alphen has been involved in hundreds residential transactions, representing developers, lenders, buyers and sellers. In addition, Attorney Alphen represents litigants in District Court, Superior Court and Land Court on array of real estate and land use issues. Attorney Alphen also assists clients of BBH&S on matters in front of local town and city boards, including special permit and variance applications. Attorney Alphen is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and New England School of Law in Boston. He is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

Chris is a member of the Bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is also admitted to the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

Chris enjoys attending sporting events at Fenway Park and the “Garden” and supporting his Nittany Lions.
